Harvest Lakes Residents Assoc Inc. applied to Bankwest for one of their “Easy Grants”. Each month the Bank selects 40 applicants for public voting. The 4 applicants with the highest number of votes each receive $1000, the others receive $200 each. HLRA is one of this month’s group and voting lasts from now until the end of the month.
If successful, the $1000 Grant will provide folding bench seats for use by Volunteers at our events & work at Harmony Lake (currently, we have to borrow seating from local Residents). We would also purchase a 3m x 3m tent cover to replace one which is damaged and no longer rain proof. If we receive one of the smaller $200 Grants it will be spent on seating.
